Ritika Puri is a focused and experienced QA engineer with over 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance for mobile and web-based applications. She has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using problem-solving skills and proper defect management techniques. Ritika has extensive experience in agile methodology and has been focusing on mobile application testing on iOS and Android devices and web application testing on desktops in recent years. Currently, Ritika is working as a Senior System Test Engineer at Verizon, where she is responsible for ensuring the quality of their software products. She recently moved from the US to India and is seeking QA opportunities in Delhi/NCR. Prior to Verizon, Ritika worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Hike, where she managed and streamlined the QA process for the entire test life cycle for every Android release. She was responsible for preparing test strategies, test planning, test case development, review and execution, and coordinating the SDLC process with development, product management, and customer support teams. She also prepared test cases using Gherkin in Cucumber and automated test cases for stable features using Appium and UI tests using UI Automator for Hike's Android app. Ritika has also worked as an Associate L2 QA at Sapient, where she created, ran, and maintained automation regression suites using QTP. She streamlined the QA process of financial transactions and generated adequate test cases to ensure 100% coverage of requirements. She executed comprehensive functional and regression testing of the application and raised and tracked defects both in Rally and Quality Centre. Ritika holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Science from Dronacharya College of Engineering, Maharshi Dayanand University. She has experience in various technologies, including test, SDET, QA, Mobile, Android, Web, SQL, UI, Web3, Blockchain, NFT, iOS, and product management.
