Ritika Rajpal is a highly motivated software engineer with a passion for self-development and growth. She is currently working as a Software Product & Platforms Engineering Analyst at Accenture, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining software products and platforms. She has a strong background in software engineering and is proficient in several programming languages, including Javascript, Python, and SQL. Ritika has a proven track record of success in her previous roles, including a Business Analyst Internship at Urban Company, where she analyzed data using SQL and Microsoft Excel to derive business insights for Consumer Growth and Application ratings. She also conducted Focus Group Discussions with 50 customers and service providers for qualitative research on the product and suggested key decisions to increase the Rating of the service providers on the App by approximately 5%.
