Ritika Sharma is a passionate and curious software developer with over 8 years of experience in full-stack development, deployment operations, and technical writing. Currently working at PayPal as an SDE III, she has a strong background in back-end development, with proficiency in core Java and MySQL. Ritika has worked with frameworks/platforms such as Spring and has a strong understanding of network security, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. Prior to joining PayPal, Ritika worked as a Software Development Engineer at Expedia and as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), where she worked closely with teams launching satellites. She is skilled in understanding requirements from different domains and providing optimal tech solutions. In addition to her technical expertise, Ritika is an active volunteer for a non-profit organization that works for the welfare of stray dogs. She is a proud parent to one of the rescued dogs.
