Ritika Tiwari is an experienced HR Partner with over 12 years of experience in workforce restructuring and transformation. Currently, she is working at IBM as an HR Partner for the Workforce Restructuring CoE, where she is responsible for leading the India/South Asia region in the workforce transformation journey. Ritika's expertise lies in strategizing and implementing the skills of the future, standardizing and consolidating operations, and outsourcing.
