Before founding Radical Health, Rito founded a startup that encountered some classic mistakes and ultimately shut down after a few pivots. However, he considers this experience to be invaluable as he learned more from it than anything else. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Rito's focus was on computer security, and he worked on various projects in France and the United Kingdom. In addition to his professional pursuits, Rito is an aviation enthusiast and loves aircraft scale models and flight simulators. He also has a passion for social entrepreneurship and worked as a consultant for the Samcara Foundation, a non-profit organization based in New Delhi that invests in social entrepreneurial ecosystems in India. Rito holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, and conducted research in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the University of Cambridge.
