Rittu Raju is a highly skilled Data Engineer and Database Developer with over 7 years of experience in the field. He has expertise in Oracle PLSQL, Multi-cloud databases like AWS RDS and AZURE SQL, ETL's, and Data Pipeline in Banking and Finance Domain. Rittu has received a "Star Performer" award for designing and developing TAX calculating application by Client and has designed and developed all-new Goods and Service Tax (GST) calculating application for one of the biggest banks in the world. He has also developed Data migration strategies and implemented data merger of 5 bank's databases to the primary database. Rittu has extensive experience in Oracle Database, Data Migration, Cloud Architecting, and Performance Tuning. He is proficient in Oracle Database, PLSQL, SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, AWS, AZURE, and POSTGRESQL. He is certified in AZ-303: Azure Architect Technologies. Currently, Rittu is working as a Lead Software Engineer at Fidelity, where he has developed several database objects like Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers in ORACLE, and POSTGRES Databases to implement business requirements and data auditing. He is also architecting AWS RDS POSTGRES Database for high availability and data redundancy. Additionally, he conducts regular Disaster Recovery of AWS RDS Databases using automated CONCOURSE pipelines and works on migration strategies for AWS RDS databases to AZURE SQL Database. In his previous roles at HCL and TCS, Rittu has worked as a Senior Software Engineer. He has contributed significantly to data modeling, real-time data replication pipeline, and BAU activities for business-critical applications. He has tuned several PLSQL jobs and SQL queries, rewritten Oracle PLSQL packages/ Unix scripts to enable code to run on multi-instance mode in Oracle, and designed and implemented all-new Data Pipeline using PLSQL and UNIX to calculate GST (GOODS AND SERVICE TAX) for one of the biggest banks in the world. He has also played a critical role in data migration projects during the merger of SBI's (State Bank of India) 5 banks databases with the size around 500 GB. Rittu has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and Lourdes Boys High School.
