Ritu Rai is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Delta Electronics India, with a passion for power electronics technology. With a quick learning ability, hardworking nature, and determination, Ritu believes that her skills, experience, and academic background are capable of solving power electronics problems. Her experience includes hardware design of DC-DC converters, high-frequency transformer design, digital real-time control of converters, PCB layout design, isolated converter design for EV chargers, MATLAB/Simulink, LT-spice simulation, C-programming, DSP programming, and Python programming, among others. Currently working in Delta Electronics' R&D department, Ritu's work focuses on model-based software design (MBD) of control algorithms for on-board EV chargers (PFC & DC-DC section). She has also worked on firmware development as per hardware schematic of power electronics converters, software in loop, processor in loop verification and validation of unit level and integrated software components on Matlab/Simulink platform. Before joining Delta Electronics, Ritu worked as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Mandi, where she taught Basic Electrical Engineering Lab, Analysis & Control of Power Electronic Converters, and Basic Electronics lab. She also worked as an intern at NTPC. Ritu holds a Master of Technology degree in Power Electronics and Drives from IIT Mandi and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Her tech stack includes Research Scientist and Python, and she has 4.28 years of relevant experience. With her expertise in power electronics technology and her passion for solving complex problems, Ritu is a valuable asset to any team.
