Ritveak Dugar is a Software Developer at ION with 3.20 years of relevant experience. He is a jack of all trades, with a passion for coding, blogging, hosting radio shows, taking workshops, mentoring new bloods, and playing sports. He is an observer by heart and loves to explore life theories. At ION, Ritveak works in Softmar, a complete freight management solution, where he is a Full Stack Software Developer. He strategizes, implements, deploys, and tests functionalities using a tech stack that includes Java, Angular, SQL, MongoDB, Kafka with CDC, Cassandra, and more. He creates and updates products by brainstorming new features and flows with the help of POC, SBEs, and diagrams. He also mentors new bloods by taking the role of a buddy, holding knowledge transfer sessions, and pair programming. In the past, Ritveak has interned at IDOS and Schlumberger. At IDOS, he worked on Android development, Angular, Ionic, React Native, and Play Framework. He developed two apps for the organization and improved their legacy software. At Schlumberger, he upskilled on PowerApps and completed two projects and a hackathon project. He also received a Pre Placement Offer based on his performance. Ritveak has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, SQL, Java, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kafka, Jenkins, Integration, UI, AngularJS, Backend, Web, and Android. He is interested in working on pet projects in Tech, Advertising, Marketing, Consultation, UI/UX, or any domain that can be worked upon remotely.
