This obsession drives him to solve any problem that the student might face in the most creative and effective manner. Ritvik has a background in electrical and electronics engineering, and he has relevant experience of 4.93 years. He has worked as a software development engineer at Amazon, where he was a part of the ‘Checkout Engineering Excellence’ team. His role was to ensure the greatest customer experience for those landing on the ‘Checkout’ page of Amazon. At Extramarks, Ritvik heads the product and technology, and marketing department globally. He focuses on customer satisfaction and user engagement through product personalization. In addition to the implementation of AI and ML in all the products across markets, he also takes care of digital sales and marketing strategy for Extramarks. Ritvik loves conceptualizing and validating new products and strategies. He is a person who likes to get his hands dirty by taking up personal coding projects as well. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and watching reruns of sitcoms like Frasier, Futurama, and Modern Family.
