Ritvik Pandey is a highly skilled Dual Degree graduate with specialization in System Design from Indian Institute of Technology Khargpur. With over 2.20 years of relevant experience, he has developed expertise in Distributed Control Systems, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Robotics, and Neural Networks. He has worked on more than 43 projects in areas such as Machine Learning, Visual-Inertial SLAM, and ROS. Apart from his technical skills, Ritvik also has hands-on experience in android app and website development with database management. He has completed additional courses in Blockchain, Corporate Finance, and Financial Accounting, and Bloomberg Market Concepts, which adds to his skill set and can be further helpful to the institution he works for. Currently, Ritvik is working as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Honeywell, where he is responsible for Research & Development of firmware for 7 industry-leading high-frequency controller devices. He has implemented and catered to customer feature requests for critical controllers with 20 milliseconds cycle time. He has also developed a state-of-the-art redundant safety alert and notification system to be used in petrochemical refineries. In addition, he has worked on backward compatibility of firmware and prior release hot-fixes backed by IBM Clearcase version-control. Previously, Ritvik worked as a Navigation System Intern at Honeywell, where he worked on alternate navigation technologies to augment and replace GPS where it is unreliable or not available. He also worked on a computer vision-assisted sensor integration pipeline based on a graph optimization strategy over ROS framework. Ritvik's educational background includes a Master of Technology in System Design and Control and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Khargpur. He also has a background in Science (Mathematics) from Jawaharlal Nehru School.
