Ritwik Jain is a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field. He is a Java Spring Boot expert and has a strong background in AWS architecture and microservices. Currently working at Razorpay, he is responsible for developing scalable and usable architectures, handling backend rest services, and managing AWS services. Previously, Ritwik worked at Paytm, where he played a crucial role in implementing various complex architectures, including Maxwell, document handling ecosystem, and job-based framework. He was also part of the Fastag team, where he built an ecosystem for distributing Fastag. He has experience working with Loan and Postpaid teams to launch various features in the Loan side of Paytm. Ritwik has a strong educational background, having completed his degree in Software Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. He also holds a High School degree from Ess.Ess.Convent School, Agra, and St. Peter's College. In addition to his technical skills, Ritwik is a passionate and dedicated individual who loves to learn and grow in his field. He puts everything into whatever he does, effectively and inventively. He is an active volunteer at the Art of Living organization, organizing many youth empowerment workshops across Agra, Noida, Delhi, etc. Ritwik also loves to dance and has participated in many shows and contests.
