Riya is a highly motivated problem solver with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She is driven by her curiosity, empathy, and desire to develop beautiful experiences, obsessing over minute details to create the perfect design. With 5.78 years of relevant experience, she is currently working as a Developer at Google. Riya has a strong background in Frontend development, UI, and QA. She has previously worked as an Associate Engineer at AppDirect, where she was a part of the Professional Services FE (PSFE) team. Her responsibilities included executing customer feature requests in React and Backbone, managing Jira projects and team backlog, mentoring juniors, and handling all PSFE tasks and bugs. Riya also played a key role in branding for multiple marketplaces, from requirement gathering to launch, and provided branding tool training to customers, QA's, and support teams. She successfully executed a React project with ownership, contributing timely to multiple frontend repositories. Riya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Graphic Era Hill University, where she graduated in 2017. She is passionate about keeping the UI spirit rolling and the User Experience alive.
