Riya Kumar is a driven and ambitious individual currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology. With a keen interest in web development, android application development, UI/UX designing, and competitive coding, she is always eager to learn and expand her skillset. Riya has gained valuable experience through her internships at Texas Instruments and JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an ESW intern and SWE intern, respectively. She is currently a Microsoft Engage Mentee'21, where she is working on expanding her knowledge and skills in software engineering. Prior to her internships, Riya has also worked as a Technical Content Writer at GeeksforGeeks and as a GSSOC'21 at GirlScript. These experiences have allowed her to develop her communication skills and technical writing abilities. Riya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Science degree from BGS International Public School in India. Her technical skillset includes expertise in software engineering, web development, android application development, and UI. With almost two years of relevant experience, Riya is enthusiastic about building amazing software and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
