Riya Manchanda is a UGC NET qualified Assistant Professorship in Commerce and a Learning Consultant at EY with over 5 years of experience in the field of human resources, learning and development, and auditing. She completed her Masters from Delhi School of Economics and has since worked with Deloitte and KPMG in the audit department, where she gained extensive knowledge of business processes and leveraged her skills in finance and accountancy. Riya has a knack for management and has always come up with unique and creative solutions for stalemate problems. She is continuously appreciated for her high emotional intelligence, people management skills, steadfast decision making, and learning agility. She has also worked as a freelance/consulting Competency Mapping and Employee Engagement (Strategic HR) professional, where she increased profit base by effective competency mapping and engagement studies. Currently, as a Learning and Development Senior Consultant at EY, Riya is a Consulting Wide Strategist & PMO (COE Role) and Business Consulting PI Deployment Learning Lead. She is also a Business Consulting PAS WKFA and Technology Consulting Learning specialist. Riya's aim is to expand her horizons while doing so for many others as she places high value on constant and ceaseless learning. She has a passion for learning and development and has developed strategic skill-based trainings for employees. Riya's education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. She has also attended Ryan International School and Guru Harkrishan Public School. In her past roles, Riya has been nominated for and successfully completed DFX (Deloitte Facilitator Excellence) and has been an active part of various communication-based trainings like Precise presentations and Intonation in Conversations. She was also the Emcee for various buzz-creating activities. Outside of work, Riya enjoys engaging in various activities to keep herself refreshed and rejuvenated.
