Riya Savla is a highly motivated and results-driven Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She is currently a Member of Technical Staff at Pure Storage, where she is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for high-performance computing systems. Riya is a passionate learner and is always eager to expand her knowledge in the field of systems programming, computer graphics, and high-performance computing. She holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where she graduated in May 2018. Prior to joining Pure Storage, Riya worked at Apple as a Software Engineer Intern, where she developed an internal data visualization tool for GPU capture data using Swift4, Core Data, and Graphviz. She also worked on an internal performance profiling tool, where she added support for capturing iOS GPU performance counter data from devices and visualizing it on a host-side application. Riya's technical skills include software engineering, iOS development, and systems programming. She is proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Swift. She is also experienced in using tools such as Xcode, Git, and JIRA. Riya is a quick learner and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
