Riyas R is a System Engineer at Infosys with 2.36 years of relevant experience. He is a graduate student from Nehru College of Engineering and Research Center, where he completed his B.Tech in ECE in August 2020. Riyas started his career as a Software Developer at Epixel solutions and completed an internship at Spatez technology in Embedded and IOT domain, where he worked on live projects. He has also worked on outsourced R&D Works from CISCO & IBM in Geo fencing & Geo Accuracy with Adafruit IO MQTT using Node-MCU Micro-controller. Riyas's final year B.Tech project is an AI companion for patient assistance, where he used AI algorithms and ML to develop a suitable response for the text given as input. The response text is converted into voice, which serves as a regular companion for patients to chat with. Riyas is proficient in C#, C++, Python 3 (OOP Concepts), and Arduino Programming. He is also experienced in working with hardware such as Arduino and Node MCU. His tech stack includes AI, ML, Spring Boot, Spring, Python, Software Engineer, Research Scientist, Frontend, and AngularJS. At Infosys, Riyas is currently working on an Aeronautical Manufacturing project, where he is developing APIs in a spring boot application. He has also worked on an automobile project, where he was responsible for designing and developing batch components and stored procedures in mainframe. Riyas's past companies include Infosys, where he did training in Java programming and mainframe technology, and Epixel MLM Software, where he created static website designs using plain HTML5 CSS and Bootstrap and made them responsive. Overall, Riyas is a skilled and enthusiastic engineer with a strong passion for AI, ML, and IoT.
