Rob Moore is a highly skilled and experienced analytics professional with a deep interest in how data can help companies gain insight, drive business planning, and serve as a catalyst for innovation to drive business impact. With 18.87 years of relevant experience, he has helped companies develop, grow, and utilize their data and information management assets to develop data-driven products and provide data science services. Currently, Rob is the Director of Data Analytics at ePatientFinder (now Elligo), where he has managed a remote data scientist team and utilized the agile approach of daily standups to address concerns, discuss work products, and ensure a committed team. He has supported a new product offering by devising an approach to make data usable for trial feasibility queries, enabling the client to enhance company data science services for third parties such as pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations. Rob has also matured a product (Java web application) that had been designed using legacy practices and leveraged existing Spring Framework to meet a dramatic, ~8-fold, increase in patient data over 2.5 years. Originally there were 100K patients, now there are nearly 765K. Rob has also worked at Pearson K-12 Technology, where he designed and deployed products and services, AWS cloud solutions, and increased the quality and speed of deliverables using DevOps procedures, processes, and best practices. He led the design and deployment of an AWS cloud-based interoperability solution that allowed data exchanges between products and a seamless user experience by enabling single sign-on.
