Robert Dannels is a highly skilled BI Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing database systems, tuning and optimizing data warehouses, and consulting on various IT projects. He has designed 7 data warehouses and implemented 5 end to end projects, while tuning and consulting on dozens more. Robert is now an accomplished practitioner in machine learning, with expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, RDBMS, Data Warehouses, Azure, AWS EC2, IT Project Management, and Python for Machine Learning. Robert is currently working as a BI Engineer at Crosroads Leasing, where he is analyzing legacy databases for a new data warehouse. He has previously worked as a Data Scientist at PSS, where he consulted at dozens of companies in Data Warehousing, Data Science, Big Data, and analysis. He has also worked as a Sr. Data Engineer at SAGAFTRA IT, where he designed and implemented 6 workflows and solved many problems using Alteryx. Robert is currently completing his PhD in Technical Management, with a GPA of 3.62, and has finished all classes. He is now working on his dissertation. He has an MBA in Project Management from Ashford University and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from California State University.
