Robert Krajewski is a growth-focused tech business enthusiast, startup mentor, and digital transformation evangelist. He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Ideamotive, where he provides top tech product teams on-demand, individual software development contractors, and IT consultants to help startups, scale-ups, and enterprises all over the globe build, grow, and scale digital products. Robert has a wide network of hundreds of tech veterans that combines on-site talent, off-site collaborators, and top software houses to provide developers for every software project and every technology, UI/UX designers and digital illustrators, business consultants and back-office experts, AI & Machine Learning developers, and Big Data engineers. With his holistic approach, he helps create strategies, develop products, and provide all the additional experts necessary, like PMs or Product Owners, all on one invoice. Before Ideamotive, Robert worked as a Mentor at ReaktorX, where he helped first-time founders validate their business models. He also led young entrepreneurs and early-stage startups, supporting their growth. Robert has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, an MS in Economics in Project Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology. He also attended the XIV LO im. Stanisława Staszica w Warszawie. Robert has relevant experience of 8.71 years in product management, software engineering, AI, Big Data, ML, and UI. He is currently the Chief Product Officer at deepsky, and in his free time, he mentors startups and entrepreneurs, sharing his knowledge and experience to help them achieve their goals.
