He holds a degree in Public Administration, as well as degrees in Human Resources Management and Engineering, and has a solid understanding of labor, social security, and pension regulations. Currently, Roberto is working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Empresas Provalle, where he leads, designs, and optimizes talent development at a corporate level. He is an effective strategic partner in generating new business and managing organizational operations, and he applies and supervises labor relations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
