Rodian Andrés Oliveros Guerrero is a Chemical Engineer and Data Scientist with over 11 years of experience in leading and developing research projects focused on industry and innovation in various companies. He has extensive expertise in Analytics, specifically in predictive analysis and Machine Learning. He is passionate about simulation and optimization of both deterministic and stochastic chemical and industrial processes. Rodian is well-versed in Colombian legislation related to manufacturing processes. Currently working as a Data Scientist at Intergrupo, Rodian has previously worked as a Sr. Data Scientist at Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales DIAN, where he strengthened the data analytics department to contribute to the massification of electronic invoices. He designed the dashboard with KPIs for electronic invoices using data hosted on MongoDB of Azure. He also developed, analyzed, and put into production modules for multiple emission analysis, emitters without acquisitions, and anomalous transactions. He also worked on the integral model for detecting fraudulent billing. Rodian has also worked as a Data Scientist at Infometrix Data Insights & Analytics, where he designed and developed analytical models and their visualization. He optimized data extraction, transformation, and cleaning processes. He formulated, implemented, and validated predictive and prescriptive models. He designed the Logistic Analytics product for one of the clients and supported the design of the Social Media Analytics product, including the design of the concept network and sentiment algorithm for one of the clients. He also evaluated and selected Churn models for the subscription model of one of the clients. Rodian holds a Master's degree in Analytical Intelligence for Decision Making from the Universidad de Los Andes - Colombia. He also completed a Regional Training Course in Marketing and Quality Management from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
