Rodney Saenz is a self-motivated and experienced graphic designer and web developer with over 27 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is a full-time software engineer at Cisco Systems, where he assists in the design and development of their cloud platform(s), including IAC, Marketplace, and Spectre. Prior to his current role, Rodney has worked as a graphic designer at La Sierra University, where he created promotional artwork for school-wide events and activities. He also directed the layout for La Sierra University publications, including the LSU Today alumni magazine. Additionally, he was responsible for post-production duties for the publications department. Rodney has also worked as a creative at Apple Retail, where he provided one-to-one client instruction and collaboration. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from La Sierra University, which he earned in 2001. He is proficient in web development, software engineering, and design, and is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. Rodney is currently seeking employment or project contracts with organizations and groups focused on innovation, sustainability, and the role of technology in modern life.
