Rohal Chandrakar is a co-founder and team lead with expertise in virtual reality and augmented reality. Currently, he works as a senior application developer at elara, where he collaborates with the innovation and design team in Proptiger. His primary responsibility involves creating quick prototypes on proof-of-concept by designers. Rohal is proficient in 3D technologies such as webgl, Threejs, Unity 3d, AR/VR, and Image processing (OpenCV). Rohal began his career as an intern at Headroom Learning Strate, where he developed a corner detection algorithm for an OMR sheet image to obtain the image top view from a given input as a perspective view with image processing. He also created an input module for chess pieces, where he had to take input from the leap motion controller and reposition the pieces on the board with hand gestures (grabbing the pieces virtually). Rohal holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology Raipur, where he completed his education in 2014. He also completed his schooling from Javahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Durg, in 2010. Rohal's technical expertise includes image processing and OpenCV, and he has relevant experience of 8.79 years. He is a highly skilled individual who has proven to be an asset to the companies he has worked with.
