Rohan Jaiswal is a driven and passionate Founder and CTO of Preplaced, a platform that helps individuals achieve their dream careers by providing mentorship and guidance to excel in their interviews. With over 6.5 years of relevant experience in the field of Site Reliability Engineering and Senior Software Engineering, Rohan has developed a deep understanding of the industry and the skills required to succeed in it. Rohan's vision is to help individuals perform exceedingly well in their interviews and secure their dream jobs. He has created a mentor community that provides customized 1:1 mentorships to guide candidates in the right direction and eliminate the problem of "lack of guidance." His platform also offers interaction sessions with experienced mentors from a candidate's dream company to provide them with valuable insights on how to shine in their interviews. Apart from his role at Preplaced, Rohan is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Skyflow. He has also worked at Moengage in the same capacity, where he honed his skills in SRE and Senior Software Engineering. Rohan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. He completed his high school education from Apeejay School and Ryan International School, Navi Mumbai. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the field of engineering, Rohan is open to conversations and is always willing to help individuals achieve their career goals.
