Rohan Kochar is an accomplished business leader with over 13 years of experience in management consulting, growth stage, and tech startup industries. He has worked with leading global and regional organizations across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Central Europe markets. Rohan is currently the Head of Partner Strategy, Operations, and Operating Margins for OYO, where he is responsible for driving partner network strategy and management, operating profit margins, partner operations, network growth and performance, and P&L for alternate channels and tech products agenda. Prior to joining OYO, Rohan worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Kearney's Southeast Asia practice, where he focused on business strategy, operations, and organization design for industries such as consumer, automotive, private equity, and oil & gas. He has also worked with Accenture Strategy, Siemens, and Estique Skin Clinic in various leadership roles. Rohan is skilled in strategy, go-to-market, revenue and profit growth, business turnaround, and people management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar University. He also completed an International Exchange program in Business and Economics from KU Leuven.
