Rohan Parpillewar is a highly experienced Platform Head with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. He has a deep background in leadership, program and project management, product engineering, delivery and management of complex programs and projects in a global delivery model. Rohan is proficient in productivity improvement, cost optimization, account mining, and support for new business by defining client-centric retention and growth strategy. Rohan is an expert in providing solutions for large-scale technology roll-out in Hadoop, Big Data, Cloud Computing (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services), Cluster Computing, and Microsoft Technologies under Agile methodologies. He has directed cross-functional and cultural teams using interactive communications and is acknowledged for leading and mentoring team members to achieve resource-wise productivity and optimization. Currently, Rohan is the Head of Consumer Technology and Digital Customer Experience at Bajaj Finserv. Prior to this, he was the Country Head-India/APAC at Ankercloud GmbH and the Big Data Analytics and Product Engineering at Hitachi. Rohan completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in 2001. He is proficient in Hadoop, Azure, Web, and Big Data technologies.
