Rohan Shinde is a dynamic HR professional and social entrepreneur with over 8.5 years of experience in talent engagement, development, management, and acquisition. Currently working as the Sub ISU HR Head and Recruiter at TCS, he has also served as an HRBP, RMG Executive, and CSR representative at the company. Rohan is the co-founder of Changemakers Today, a self-sustainable initiative that connects social service organizations and activists across PAN India to address social and economic causes of unemployment and various social issues prevalent in society. The platform works towards multiple causes such as education, environmental degradation, biodiversity loss, climate change, global warming, clean energy, poverty, hunger, health issues, animal welfare, human rights violation, women's rights, gender equality, natural disasters, suicide, organ donation, unemployment, peace, justice, corruption, urbanization, and 17 SDGs. In addition to Changemakers Today, Rohan has also founded My HR Connect, an initiative that strengthens the hiring process and helps employers find suitable candidates in the labor market. Rohan holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sinhgad Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KKWIEER. He is also a Global Goodwill Ambassador at Global Goodwill Ambassadors (GGA).
