Rohan Verma is a full-stack entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience building digital products. He has worked at both hyper-growth companies and as a startup founder, building products at scale and taking them from zero to one million dollars in annual recurring revenue. Currently, he is a Senior Product Manager at Delivery Hero, where he is building the next generation supply chain platform for restaurants and suppliers. Rohan has a proven track record of setting up product vision and roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with business teams to deliver impact. He is a certified product manager from Duke University, USA, and has a strong technical background in product management, research science, and AI. In his previous role as Senior Product Manager at Meesho, Rohan led the development of a self-serve customer support product, which helped over 10 million customers get instant help on the Meesho app, resulting in improved CSAT, NPS, reduced support costs, and other key metrics. He also built the order cancellation flow in-app for customers and helped in reducing RTOs. Additionally, he integrated new 3PL logistics partners via API integrations to enable fulfillment at scale. Rohan setup AB experiments and conducted user research to solve supplier-side problems on the marketplace. As the Co-Founder and Head of Product at KitchenKholo, Rohan built an AI-based predictive sales forecasting and grocery ordering SaaS tool for restaurants, saving them 10% monthly operational costs. He was responsible for product vision, planning design, usability, and planning features and achieved growth of 15% WoW with zero marketing expense. KitchenKholo was selected for YCombinator interview (Top 200 among 10K startups globally) for its unique business model. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) and has completed his Product Management Certification from Duke University.
