Rohit Aggarwal is a software engineer with a passion for exploring the world of blockchain and Web3. With a background in both Web2 and Web3 development, he has a keen focus on infrastructure practices that ensure smooth product development. Currently, Rohit is working in the Ethereum ecosystem, where he has launched an ETH liquid staking protocol for the Ethereum POS system, creating upgradable smart contracts and an oracle to connect the ETH POW chain to the ETH POS chain. Rohit started his career journey with Capgemini, where he helped Airbus build their inventory management system. He then joined AltInfo, where he automated their due diligence process by creating captcha machine learning models, an automated web scraper, and helped build a system for IP infringement detection via NLP. Rohit also helped build websites for clients, working on IAM for the same. Rohit's desire to explore blockchain technology led him to Persistence, where he has developed tooling like responsive Telegram bots and raft-signer, focusing mainly on improving cloud infrastructure using Anthos for cloud orchestration. At Persistence, he has also developed various developer tools for alerting and monitoring of validator systems for the COSMOS Ecosystem. In addition to his work experience, Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also completed his high school education at Aggarwal Public School in India and attended DCM Group of Schools.
