Responsible for understanding the requirements and as per the client’s requirement.
Sourcing, Screening the resume of candidates as per the client's requirements using a world class Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsible for taking pre-interview, scheduling the interviews of the candidates with the hiring manager of the clients.
Proficient in negotiating the hourly rate and salary with the candidates.
Responsible for handling the query of the candidates before the offer and after the offer and also forwarding the queries to the concerned department till BGC and on-boarding of the candidate.
Responsible for handling large volumes of requirements.
Identify potential Candidates using head hunting, database, sourcing, cold-calling, networking, etc.
