Rohit's vision for DEWII is to spread safety and prosperity by using the latest technologies like facial recognition and artificial intelligence to provide safety solutions for every individual household and corporates. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Rohit has marked his presence in various industries like construction, security, facility management, schools, transportations, hospitality, and logistics. He has secured more than 50 organizations and 5000 homes, by connecting his customers to more than 2 Lakhs data points of workers. His company provides solutions like digitization and automation, background verification services, HR and payroll management, safety programs, communications, payments, and analytics. Rohit's past experience includes working as a Business Advisor at Finantics Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. where he expanded the company in Delhi & NCR in collaboration with National Stock Exchange (NSE) and promoted Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in 25+ colleges in Delhi. He also worked as a Co-Founder at Educion Private Limited, where he was among the top 15 startups in Startup Pulse Delhi Edition by Inc42 held at Amazon, Delhi, and Startup Lounge Delhi 2015 by TLab. Rohit holds a PGDM degree in Marketing and Business Strategy from IIM-L and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Surathkal. He completed his high school from DAV Kapildev Public School. His tech stack includes integration, AI, ML, web, and test.
