Rohit Bohra is a skilled Software Engineer with almost 1.5 years of industry experience. He is currently working as an Engineer at Udaan, where he is responsible for the Discovery side of Udaan's B2C app. Rohit has worked on and owned several different threads, even from the product angle. He has good experience with Search and built it from scratch in Solr for the B2C app. Rohit has also worked on catalog/navigation flows, coupons, referral, and feedback. Prior to Udaan, Rohit worked as a Software Engineer at TVS Motor Company, where he was responsible for creating an API service for the Data Analytics Team so as to share data securely with clients. Flask and Azure Web Services were used for this project. He has also worked as a Research Assistant at CSIR, where he explored the advantages of using multiple views for the detection of threat objects in X-Ray scans. He published his findings at Indicon 2020 Conference. Rohit completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2021. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Search, Azure, Kubernetes, SQL, Python, Flask, Java, Research Scientist, Keras, Web, Typescript, Information Retrieval, Reinforcement Learning, Kotlin, Image Processing, Docker, and ML.
