Rohit Dudani is currently the VP and CTO of PayPal Invest, where he is focused on re-inventing the fintech space. He is a people leader with a track record of building technology products from zero to 100x and has managed up to $5B product revenue with 300+ cross-functional teams of product, engineering, and UX for start-ups to mature companies. Rohit enjoys solving customer problems, laying out product and tech vision, and executing at scale while building and mentoring high-performing teams. He has a passion for advising startups, volunteering to build the next generation, and recharging himself with running marathons as his meditation pill. Prior to PayPal, Rohit was the VP of Engineering and Product at SoFi, where he was responsible for hiring, building, and transforming the product and tech culture. He focused on end-to-end product and engineering of Invest product, building scalable features, addressing production issues, and envisioning the future. Rohit has also served as an advisory board member for various companies. He holds an MBA in Electrical and Computer Technology from the University of Washington, an Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Technology from Purdue University, and has completed additional education in Product Requirement Gathering and Management and as a Certified Scrum Master. With 15.71 years of relevant experience as a senior software engineer, Rohit is a seasoned professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
