Rohit Ghiya is a dedicated and result-oriented UNIX system administrator with 2+ years of experience in understanding and anticipating the agile infrastructure needs. He is currently working as a Senior Associate, Technical Support Engineer at AT&T, where he creates an environment where development, quality assurance, staging & production work can proceed efficiently and securely. In his current role at AT&T, Rohit is responsible for managing cloud infrastructure and providing technical support to colleagues and clients. He has experience working with various technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, AWS, Azure, Python, and Kubernetes. He is also a Research Scientist and has a strong understanding of infra and QA. Prior to joining AT&T, Rohit worked as an SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Associate at Accenture, where he configured and maintained Linux/Aix servers, managed multiple user accounts, and provided beneficial technical assistance to colleagues and clients. He also maintained and upgraded various hardware and software, resolved any network problems, and conducted regular backups. Additionally, he worked as a Project Trainee at BARC. Rohit completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center in 2020. During his academic years, he gained a strong understanding of various technical skills and technologies.
