Rohit Gupta is a Director of Product Management with over 11 years of experience in product management, engineering, design, and analytics. With a proven track record of bringing successful products to market, he has demonstrated his ability to drive fast-paced career growth. Currently, he works at Celigo, where he leads the end-to-end design and development efforts for the Shopify-NetSuite SmartConnector. This product has become the most successful SmartConnector for the company, and Rohit played a crucial role in writing the functional and technical design specifications. Before his current role, Rohit served as a Senior Product Manager at Celigo, where he led the design, development, and QA of 10+ SmartConnectors with a 6-member team. He also developed core libraries and infrastructure for Celigo's integrator platform, using multiple programming languages, including SuiteScript, Apex, JavaScript, Java, PHP, REST, and SOAP APIs. Rohit designed and developed the version 2 of Celigo's flagship Salesforce-NetSuite SmartConnector from the ground up in a 3-member team capacity. He also acted as the scrum master on the engineering team and was responsible for hiring, mentoring, and building out the product engineering team. Prior to that, Rohit worked as a Software Engineering Lead at Celigo, where he installed, configured, customized, and deployed Celigo SmartConnectors on clients' accounts. He wrote code in NetSuite SuiteScript, Salesforce Apex programming languages, and Celigo integrator platform to support custom business needs for clients. He also worked directly with clients to answer technical and product questions, including during sales meetings to help close new business. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from NSIT, which he completed in 2011. He also completed his Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics education from D.A.V Public School in 2007.
