Rohit Inani is a quality-oriented intrapreneur with over 12 years of experience in relationship management, accelerated growth, and consulting. He has gained extensive experience in IT, HR, and Marketing Automation. Currently, he serves as the Dean of Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at IIST Group and as the Director of Corporate Relations and Placements at Indore Institute of Science and Technology (IIST). In his current role, Rohit is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build strong industry relations, facilitate placements, foster industry-academia tie-ups, and manage the Entrepreneurship Cell, Management Development Programs (MDP), Training, and Alumni Association. He has a proven track record of achieving results and driving growth in these areas. Prior to his current roles, Rohit served as the Head of Business Development (Franchising) at FYI Foods Pvt. Ltd. Here, he managed the funnel for franchise sales, led the digital presence for the franchise program, and hired, trained, and educated associates for managing all franchising activities. He also innovated and identified new markets to increase franchise presence and used lean startup management to work in limited resources. Rohit holds a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from RGPV and completed his schooling in PCM from New Digamber Public School. He has a passion for outreach, community relations, recruiting, marketing communication, HRBP, career counseling, business consulting, and automation. He aims to leverage his skills to contribute successfully to leadership positions for startups and people-first organizations.
