Rohit Iyer is a dedicated Software Developer currently working at Wells Fargo as a Senior Analyst. Rohit began his career as a Data Science Intern at TCS Research & Innovation, where he worked on developing a Deep Convolution Neural Network for Multi-Crop Classification using Temporal Sentinel-2 Observations. He then went on to work as a Software Developer Intern at Kolkata Police, where he was responsible for modernizing the traffic control room and traffic monitoring system. During his time at Kolkata Police, Rohit developed a GUI to improve the camera viewing software used by the police to monitor traffic. He also collaborated directly with the Additional Commissioner of Kolkata Police to understand the existing pain points of the then-existing software, providing feedback on the current state of the monitoring, suggesting improvements, and working iteratively incorporating feedback. Rohit's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. He also completed his 12th Grade (CBSE) from Delhi Public School, Ruby Park, and his 10th Grade (ICSE) from Dolna Day School. Rohit's technical skills include Software Engineering, Image Processing, ML, Data Science, Neural Networks, and Integration. He is a hardworking and diligent learner who is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field.
