Rohit Joshi is an accomplished and dedicated technology professional with over 11 years of experience in software development and problem-solving in all stacks of application development. He has a proven ability to learn and adapt to old and new challenges of digital transformation. Currently, he is working as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Cloud Computing, Microservices, Micro-Frontends, Platform tools development, and DevOps automation based on AWS Ecosystem, Ruby/Rails, NodeJs/Typescript, React, and Golang, seeking to grow as a Lead Engineer. Rohit is passionate about designing applications from scratch, Agile methodologies, evolving and cutting-edge Software architectures, and Cloud Native technologies. He is currently working on a Ruby, NodeJs/Typescript, GoLang based project in a full-stack lead position. He has developed his own Micro-frontend architecture based on React/React/ESNext and uses standard Rails, NodeJs, and Golang together with other related technologies with AWS based resources and services and ECS Fargate for Container management. Rohit has experience in infrastructure design and setup using AWS CloudFormation and later AWS CDK, AWS SAM, Integration, and deployment pipelines setup using Gitlab’s CI/CD Pipeline. He has also evolved project architecture to scale up to increasing requirements and new products. He has led a new team to undertake the development of two new products offered as SaaS. Rohit is skilled in developing highly performant background processing architectures using Golang and NodeJS in combination with Queues, Lambda, and specialized Serverless patterns. Rohit has worked with Cloudfactory as a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where he participated and contributed to high-level microservices architecture design for the next generation Cloudfactory’s platform along with Software Architects, Principle Engineers, and Product Owners. He has led a SCRUM team for developing container services based on Golang, Ruby, and NodeJs on AWS ECS platform for Worker Training and Management and Skill Management applications in Cloudfactory’s platform used by 20,000 Cloudfactory workers in 3 continents. Rohit has a degree in Information Technology from Nepal College of Information Technology and an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Western Region Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University.
