Rohit Kumar is a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for Robotics. He specializes in data efficient algorithms for task learning in robotics and improved human-robot collaboration in the modern industry. Rohit is proficient in machine learning and computer vision, and he believes in utilizing modern sophisticated technical tools to find solutions. Currently, Rohit works as a Software Engineer at Tetra Pak, where he is involved with Predictive Maintenance projects. He works extensively with tools related to data science and analytics employing AI and machine learning concepts. Rohit is a part of the Future Talent Programme at Tetra Pak. Rohit has previously worked as a Research and Development Intern at HIRO Robotics s.r.l. During his tenure, he completed his master thesis in collaboration with HIRO Robotics and the University of Genoa. He developed an understanding and skills in HSE, advanced farm technologies, vacuum pumps, air compressors, and air dryers, among other areas. Rohit has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics from NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed a European Masters of Advanced Robotics (EMARO+) from the University of Genoa and Warsaw University of Technology. Rohit's technical skills include Software Engineering, ML, Computer Vision, AI, Data Science, and Research Science. He has a relevant experience of 5.03 years.
