Rohit Malaviya is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years of experience in product development and managing deliveries. He is currently the VP of Technology and India Site Lead at AirFi AERO, where he excels at speed hiring, mentoring, simplifying, and delivering. Rohit has consistently shown leadership in managing engineering teams over different geographies, ensuring high quality and timely deliveries. He has built engineering processes and scalable teams, making key contributions in the complete product lifecycles for several industry-defining products – right from inception, initial design to final product delivery. Rohit's expertise in the field has been recognized with a US Patent (US9229517) for Power Saving technique related to Digitizer Pens on portable devices at Intel, Inc. Prior to his current role, Rohit has held leadership positions at AirFi as the Director of Engineering and at RetailWorks as the Principal Co-founder. Rohit's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the Department of Business Management and a BE in Production Engineering from M.I.E.T, Nagpur University. He also completed his high school education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. With a strong foundation in technology and a passion for leadership, Rohit is a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
