Rohit Nagbhidkar is an Associate Principal Software Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Aegon Life, where he is responsible for the development and maintenance of various microservices of Aegon Policy Management System. He is also involved in developing UI components in Vue.js for operations panel to consume backend services. Rohit is an Agile, Persistent, and Quick Learner who is always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. Prior to joining Aegon Life, Rohit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, where he was involved in the architecture, requirement, design, and sprint planning discussions of the system. He also orchestrated the code using AWS SQS, SNS, Dynamodb, and other services. Rohit has also worked at Oracle as a FlexCube Consultant - Full stack Java developer. He worked on the development of Oracle Flexcube on Host (Java), UI, APIs, and DB side for KVB Bank, India. He also added extensibility features to multiple components FCR system as part of KVB 11.7 upgrade. Rohit supported IT, IUT, and UAT testing rounds to analyze and resolve critical issues. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur. He also holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic, Nagpur. Rohit has a strong technical background and is proficient in several technologies, including AWS, Javascript, UI, Microservices, Backend, Java, Test, VueJS, Android, and NoSQL.
