Rohit is an experienced Data+DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux System Administration, DevOps, Domain Name System (DNS), Python, and Linux. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology Engineering and has over 9 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, Rohit works as a Sr DevOps Engineer at Preqin, where he is responsible for creating CI/CD Pipeline’s for services running in Kubernetes environment, managing and maintaining AWS accounts, writing Terraform codes to integrate new services, and setting up AWS resources in their Kubernetes infrastructure. He also manages multiple AWS services like VPC, EC2, EKS, ECR, S3, KMS, DynamoDB, RDS, and more. Additionally, Rohit is responsible for setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting in their distributed AWS accounts and providing KT to new engineers. Prior to his current role, Rohit has worked as a DevOps Engineer at Funding Societies, where he was responsible for observability in microservices architecture/containerization, CI/CT/CD Jenkins/CircleCI/Distributed Tracing. He also worked as a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Zoomcar, where he was responsible for Ansible, Packer, Docker, Docker-Compose, Kubernetes, Linux, Networking, AWS, EC2, Route 53 DNS under AWS, Elastic Load Balancer, Master, and Slave Redis server operations, MongoDB Master Slave Replication, and more. Rohit has a diverse skill set and is certified in Kubernetes Administration (CKA), Kubernetes Application Development (CKAD), and HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate. He is also proficient in AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.
