He is a former Co-Founder of Hackerhive, which was recognized as one of the top 30 startups by YS Tech30 in 2017. Rohit has extensive experience in building monolith systems and microservices, as well as distributed systems. His technical expertise includes Java, Javascript, Nodejs, and Golang, among others. Rohit has worked with various databases and caching technologies such as Elasticsearch, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDb, Redis, and Memcache. He has also worked with messaging systems like Kafka and NATS. Currently, he is responsible for the architecture of payments, ledger, redeem, and wallets at Rapido, ensuring scale, stability, high availability, and failure recovery. Prior to his current role, Rohit worked as a Lead Product Engineer I and Senior Software Engineer at Rapido, where he was responsible for leading the whole payments platform, supporting different payment options and redeems for end-users, and working across all tech domains of the company. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Acharya Institute. He also completed his SSC from D.A.V. Public School in Cantt. Area, Gaya.
