Rohit Rawat is an accomplished Technical Leader with over 15 years of experience in building scalable web applications in agile software development environments. He is currently serving as Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he is responsible for implementing custom query features in Identity Governance Cloud service and integrating ELK Stack in Key Management Cloud Service to convert Hardware Security Module logs into event streams. He is also leading a team to fix security issues and implement enhancements on the identity governance product. Rohit is recognised for his ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop unified communications and web applications in J2EE. His specialties include Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, and MVC. He is also experienced in developing distributed multitiered web applications, developing unified communication phone applications, and developing web applications in Ajax and JavaScript. Additionally, he has expertise in Cisco Healthpresence Solution 1.0, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 & 2.5 and Cisco Healthpresence B2B Manager. Prior to his current role, Rohit worked at Cisco as a Software Engineer in Cisco Extended Care and Cisco HealthPresence Solution. As a lead, he was responsible for designing and implementing features for Extended Care and HealthPresence solutions, integrating Cisco video into the solutions, developing integration services in application servers for partner integration, and creating a knowledge base consisting of FAQ, known issues, and integration documents. He also ensured the build release process was automated and released the build to QA. As a scrum master, he resolved all impediments blocking the engineering team, ensured the team followed agile development methodologies, helped the product owner with requirement analysis, and planned agile releases. Rohit holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from DIT University.
