Rohit Sahu is an experienced IT professional with over 9.5 years of experience in systems administration, networking, installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of various network and server technologies for medium to enterprise level corporate networks. He is currently working as a DevOps Support Specialist at Accenture. Rohit has expertise in various DevOps tools and technologies, including OpenStack, AWS, Openshift, VMWare (NSX), Jenkins, GIT, Unix shell-scripting, Tomcat, Apache, Nagios, Salt, Docker, Spacewalk, ELK Stack, VMWare SRM (Site recovery manager), Windows, Unix and Linux Platform, and Mac OSX. He is also proficient in Linux utilities such as Linux File system, Users, Groups, Permissions, Samba, NFS, SSH, FTP, Telnet, Postfix, Cron, Rsync LinuxMediaWiki, etc. In his current role, Rohit is responsible for providing app and cloud support and ensuring high-availability systems, data integrity, security, and disaster recovery configurations. Prior to joining Accenture, he worked as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Cleartrip and as a Cloud Ops Engineer at iManage. In these roles, he managed installations, configured systems for intended roles, explored emerging technologies, and made suggestions for improvements on the environment. He also undertook fault investigations in local and remote environments, secured systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defined and monitored access. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology. He also completed his 12th from St. Paul's Sr. Sec. School, Ajmer. With over 11.37 years of relevant experience, Rohit is a skilled DevOps Support Specialist who is capable of handling complex issues related to infrastructure, cloud, and web environments. He is also a research scientist with a keen interest in exploring new technologies and making suggestions for improvements.
