Rohit Singh is an accomplished Executive Secretary with over 18 years of experience in project management, IT service delivery, and customer relationship management. Currently, he serves as the Executive Secretary at the Indian Institute of Business Management Patna, where he is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth functioning of the institute. Prior to this, Rohit worked with DXC Technology as an Advisor Project Management and Vodafone Global Services Private Limited as a Transition Manager. During his tenure at Vodafone, he streamlined reliable and consistent integration of new customers from the banking domain and new services for existing customers into the service centers. He led the Due Diligence and ITIL Service Design workshops with strategic customers across different geographies, including the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Rohit also demonstrated expertise in defining project objectives, benefits, and success factors based on project requirements, developing and controlling integration plans, and delivering comprehensive professional training to internal employees on Project Management, ITIL, Customer Centric Culture, and Creativity & Innovation. Rohit holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Product Leadership from CMR University, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in e-Business from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, and a Post Graduate Diploma in IT from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
