As President of Activate by Bloglovin’, I spearheaded sales, marketing and product strategy and execution to grow influencer marketing business. Some key responsibilities and accomplishments were:

1.	Led content marketing strategy and execution to establish Bloglovin’ as a key player in influencer marketing space. Launched company blog [influence.bloglovin.com], and set the strategy for research driven content to build awareness of Bloglovin’ brand. Our content was regularly featured in marquee industry publications like AdWeek, eMarketer, Business Insider, and Forbes. Content marketing initiative led to strong inbound leads, content for sales presentations, and ROI calculator for influencer marketing campaigns.
2.	Built a team of 15 sales and marketing professionals encompassing outbound sales, inside sales rep, pre and post sales support. Set territories, comp plans and quotas for sellers, streamlined lead to close process, and established best practices for account management.
3.	More than doubled the revenue in two quarters, and kickstarted SAAS business to more than a dozen clients including a $1M+ SaaS deal.
4.	Served on the board of the company.

Sverve is a native ads marketplace that connects businesses with the right social media influencers to promote their products and services online.The platform automatically matches brand campaigns with influencers and simplifies communicating, reporting and compensating on campaigns. A venture backed company, Sverve was the only New York-based company selected by 500 Startups for its 2013 spring batch  and was recently ranked as one of top 15 fastest growing startups in the U.S. by Mattermark.
