Rohitdev Kulshrestha is an experienced engineering leader and technologist with over 20 years of relevant experience in building SaaS applications, enterprise applications, appliance development, desktop applications, and system management. He possesses a breadth of experience in the system management domain and has extensive experience in product development from both consumer and enterprise perspectives. Rohitdev has played multiple roles, from manager of managers, engineering manager, architect, tech lead to individual contributor. He has a good business acumen and can add value to product offerings. Currently, he is the Director of Engineering at vymo, leading a team of 40+ engineers to build a Self Serve platform, Data Platform, and leading a POD for foray into North America BFSI market. He is responsible for defining process and architecture revamp to reduce MTTR, working on improving operational excellence by revamping CI, CD, and other aspects of the software delivery supply chain, and charting out engineering tech roadmap to meet emerging business challenges. His tech stack includes ReactJS, React Native, Android, Java, Spring, Node, Docker, Azure, Airflow, Vertica, Kafka, Mongo, and MySQL. Prior to vymo, Rohitdev worked at medlife as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where he was part of Storefront building Order management system, Consultation platform, and Payments integration. He also worked at Walmart as a Senior Engineering Manager, where he led NextGen Supply Chain Technology. Rohitdev holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Pune and completed his SSC and HSC from MES School of Academics & Sports.
