Rohith MPR is an experienced instrumentation engineer with over 13 years of experience in designing and developing test systems for development testing, measurement, manufacturing, control, and automation. He is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Enphase Energy. Rohith has a rich experience in designing and developing low-cost ATE and analyzing the possible test environment for manufacturing testing. He has worked on various National Instruments (NI) hardware such as PCI systems, PXI systems, USB DAQ, Compact DAQ, and Compact Field point devices. He has also worked on different communication protocols like RS-232, CAN, CANOpen, Modbus, I2C, GPIB, to communicate the UUT with ATE. Rohith is proficient in programming using LabVIEW, NI-Teststand (not extensively), Realtime & FPGA (very basic level), and has worked on NI toolkits such as Database connectivity (MS-access, SQL), Report generation toolkit. He has a good exposure to CMMI standards to deliver quality products. Rohith has worked in various industries such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Oil and Gas, and Healthcare. He has significant experience in improving the first pass yield in manufacturing test line, which controls the management expected per day output. He has proposed when calibration is required, provided calibration guidelines, and written ATE preventive maintenance documents. In the past, Rohith has worked as an Assistant Manager, LabVIEW development at Schneider Electric ITB, where he was responsible for writing detailed manufacturing test procedures, providing inputs on how to set up the manufacturing test line, and supporting other team members based on need. He has also worked as a Senior System Engineer at Medtronic, where he was responsible for writing automated test programs for product design analysis and supporting product component reliability testing. Rohith holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has completed his schooling from K L E Independent PU College. His tech stack includes test, SQL, and product designer. With relevant experience of 14.77 years, Rohith is a skilled engineer with expertise in designing and developing test systems for a variety of industries.
