Rohith Ramesh is a highly skilled Director of Sales Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he is working at HeadSpin, where he has successfully built a new Sales Engineering and Customer Success team for the region. He has also onboarded and trained new regional channel partners and helped close the company's first deals in the APAC, including Amazon, MPL, Games24x7, and Khatabook. He has led multiple successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and presented at conferences. Previously, Rohith worked as a Principal Sales Engineer and Senior Sales Engineer at HeadSpin. In these roles, he collaborated with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to make customers successful. He also trained and onboarded channel partners through sales enablement and technical training sessions. He built templates for sales tools that were used to get customer interest and facilitated the integration of other tools such as Grafana, Airtest/poco. He also wrote documentations for seamless customer onboarding and support. Rohith has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer and Information Sciences from RV College of Engineering. He has a strong technical background in Integration and Mobile technology. In his current role, Rohith manages the India Entity encompassing customer support, operations, sales, and professional services. He has also facilitated the integration of other open-source tools such as extent reports and report portal into the platform.
